Atam Pargas Social Welfare Council organized a video DVD workshop on the topic ‘Role of Academic Institutions in the Development of Truthful Human Being’ at Guru Nanak International Public School (GNIPS), Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town, Ludhiana with the support of the Pr. Gurmant Kaur and staff of the School. All the faculty members of the different departments attended the workshop organized in the school auditorium. The event started with the welcome address by Mrs. Manjeet Kaur (HOD, Punjabi).The workshop provided an opportunity for the participant teachers to nderstand their responsibilities in the development of truthful human beings. The event ponders the faculty of the school for two hours and introduced an enthusiastic plan of Jeevey Gurbani Naal Lehar for moral reconstruction of society and to create mass awareness among the families to conserve natural resources. Dr. Varinderpal Singh, Chairman, Atam Pargas Social Welfare Council and Senior Soil Scientist, PAU, Ludhiana presided over the event and encouraged the teachers to encapsulate the teaching methodologies with spirituality. He inspired the teachers to take up the task of grooming the students as best citizens with missionary zeal. Pr. Gurmant Kaur expressed her gratitude to the Atam Pargas Team for rendering their services to the institution and assured to join hands with ‘Jeevey Gurbani Naal Lehar’ with renewed vitality. Mrs. Manjeet Kaur shared their experience from the daily routine life and appreciated the efforts of Atam Pargas Social Welfare Council for raising the standard of Punjabi books. She also roposed a vote of thanks and appreciated the content and context of the workshop on behalf of the teachers.
