Job Responsibilities: To perform secretarial, administrative, and office-support functions; to maintain records, correspondence, files, and databases; to assist in communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting; to provide logistical and administrative support during meetings, workshops, and other events; to undertake follow-up and coordination with volunteers, participants and stakeholders; to assist in the effective conduct of office and offsite activities; and to provide need-based support in achieving the organisation’s objectives.

Job Responsibilities: To support the Project Manager in the leadership, coordination, and supervision of Atam Pargas projects, programmes, and activities; to lead, guide, and monitor staff members; to prepare and oversee work plans, schedules, and progress reports; to ensure the effective implementation of organisational policies; to coordinate with educational institutions, volunteers, resource persons, and other stakeholders; to organize meetings, workshops, and outreach activities; to facilitate the capacity-building of staff and volunteers; and to provide need-based support in achieving the organisation’s objectives.
Total Pay Package: Rs. 30,483/- per month [Inclusive of Employers' contribution]
